Phone numbers are part of the plan.
Your first five seats include 11 number credits each, and every seat after that adds 5. Extra credits are $1.10 each per month.
Agent lines, your outbound pool, shared numbers and vendor numbers all draw on the allowance.
Billing
Credits, payment, seats and cancelling.
What is a number credit?
One credit is one phone number you own, for one month. Running out is a hard stop, not an overage: you add credits before you buy another number.
What happens if a payment fails?
A failed payment gets a three-day grace period before your team stops dialing. Your phone numbers are held for 14 days.
Can I cancel?
Yes, on your own billing screen. Billing stops at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep full access until then. You can resume before it takes effect.
Can I add seats mid-month?
Yes. Seats go up and down on the same screen, and their number credits move with them. Changes are prorated on your next invoice.
