Spam Protection

Phone carriers score every number that calls their subscribers. Score badly and the person you’re calling doesn’t see your caller ID — they see a warning like “Spam Likely” on their screen, and they don’t pick up. This tab is how you tell the carriers who you actually are.

The header says it: Keep your numbers off carrier “Spam Likely” lists. We register and monitor your numbers with the major carriers for you — automatically. Beside it sits a badge reading Included in your plan — there’s nothing to buy on this screen and no add-on to enable — and a Refresh button that re-reads the current state.

Protection status

One card, one switch, and a plain-English statement of where you stand.

Turn on protection stays greyed out until every required business field is filled in and saved. Under it you’ll see either a Still needed: line naming exactly which fields are missing, or {n} required fields left once there are more than four.

Not active yet is not something you can fix

It reads like a step you’ve missed. It isn’t. It means we haven’t completed carrier registration on our side, so Activating would never become Protected no matter how long you waited. The card says Nothing is needed from you and means it — your details are saved, spam protection is included in your plan, and it switches on for you once it’s available. Don’t go re-checking your details looking for the mistake.

Number health

A row per monitored number, so you have one place to check reputation. Above the table, a count of each status.

Carrier risk	The carriers’ own spam-risk grade — low, medium or high
Maturity, Connection, Engagement	The individual scores the carriers report for that number, which sit behind the grade. A dash means they haven’t reported one.

Status is our reading of Carrier risk: high shows as At risk, medium as Elevated, low as Good to go. A number we’re actively fixing shows its remediation state instead. Anything flagged high is auto-remediated for you.

When the table is empty it tells you which of three reasons applies: monitoring isn’t turned on, monitoring is on but the carriers haven’t reported yet (usually within a day), or carrier registration isn’t live on our side and no data is being collected at all.

Business details

The form the carriers verify, registered under your own business identity — not ours. Save commits it; it’s separate from the protection switch, so you can fill this in and turn protection on later.

Required unless marked otherwise:

• Legal business name, and optionally Doing business as (DBA) — Optional — defaults to your legal name
• EIN / FEIN — Format 12-3456789
• Website
• Organization type — Commercial, Government, or Non-profit
• Legal type — Corporation, LLC, Partnership, Nonprofit, or Other
• Industry, from a fixed list the carriers accept
• Number of employees, as a band
• Jurisdiction of incorporation — State (e.g. Delaware)
• Street, City, State (2-letter), ZIP

Then, under Authorized representative, a real person the carriers can check: First name, Last name, Job title, Email, Phone.

Finally Signature (type your full name) — Authorizes us to register your numbers on your behalf (LOA). Typing your name here is the legal authorisation, so it should be a person entitled to give it.

Registration is a claim about your business, and it’s checked

These details go to the carriers as a verification request, and Action needed is what you get when they don’t check out. Use the business’s real legal name, its real EIN and an address and representative that match your filings — a plausible-looking guess doesn’t fail quietly here, it fails after a delay and takes the resubmission with it.

Registering tells the carriers who’s behind the number; monitoring watches what they then say about it. Neither is a guarantee — the label a carrier shows is the carrier’s decision, which is why this tab gives you a health reading per number rather than a single green tick.
